I'm a 28 yr.old graduate of Northern Iowa with a B.A degree in Criminology. I just got my career started with a new job after 4 years of applying and testing. I recently became a Detention Officer for Polk County. I live in West Des Moines, Ia, but I'm from a small town called Toledo, Ia. I have 3 sisters, 2 nephews and a niece. My Interests

I love hanging out with family and friends. It seems like know matter what we do, it's always a good time. I like to try new things with the exception of new foods. One of my favorite places to be is Okoboji. There is just something about that place that makes me think I could stay there forever and not get bored.

I'd like to meet:

New people and keep in touch with old friends

Music:

Hip hop, Rap, R&B, Country, Rock, Heavy Metal. Pretty much everything is a go with me.

Movies:

Love movies. Just about any movie is good for me. My favorites are Rocky IV,Cinderella Man, and Wedding Crashers (you motorboatin son-of-a-bitch)

Television:

Third Watch (which I can never find on t.v. anymore), One Tree Hill, The Shield, Prison Break, The Simpsons, King of the Hill, and South Park. Although I don't have time for much anymore.

Books:

Mitch Alboms books: Tuesdays with Morrie, The Five People You Meet In Heaven and For One More Day. In the process of reading, A Hope in the Unseen by Ron Suskind. I like movies and books that are inspirational.

Heroes:

My mom and sister's. They've help mold me to be the person I am today. Also my youngest aunt because she has been through a lot and never gave up.
