About Me

Let's see, I'm a goofy nerd trying to make his way in this world. I've been working on some goals, not there yet, but almost :) I like fishing, rollerblading, watching tv and movies (sci-fi and horror are my favorites), drinking coffee, working the crossword, I use to catch insects for my insect collection, but haven't done much of that lately. I use to go out to the clubs a lot, but old age has set in, and I'm becoming quite the homebody. I also have an interest in cryptozoology, and some day I hope to make it back to Scotland and Loch Ness :)

Music:

I like just about all sorts of music except for country and rap. I love 80's retro, some hard rock (Queensryche, Type O Negative, King's X, Alice in Chains, Silver Chair, 311), not much classic rock, Techno (Oakenfold, Lords of Acid), as well as a smattering of Dance (Fiona Apple, Luscious Jackson, Robbie Williams, Madonna, of course), and a bit of classical, jazz and latin.

Movies:

I like the classics, you know, Jaws, Poltergeist, Superman, Indiana Jones and Star Wars, as well as Little Shop of Horrors, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. The Matrix, Sky High. I also enjoy such classics as The Howling,Nightmare on Elm Street, The Naked Gun and Mars Attacks. In addition, I like old movies such as Mary Poppins and the Sinbad and Pink Panther series. Got into martial arts fantasy lately, like Once Upon a Time in China and Chinese Ghost Story.

Television:

I'm really into Lost, Battlestar Galactica and Heroes, those are some of my favorites. I've also enjoyed Commander In Chief and Charmed. As far as old shows, I like Ab Fab, Seinfeld, and Lost in Space. Favorite channels are The Science Channel, Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, National Geographic Channel....get the idea? :-)
