About Me

How you doing? this is the Myspace for Barclay & Friends (also known as Coughlin's Law), a Glaswegian music project headed by Brian Barclay. Over the years we have seen many different places, from Wembley to Brunswick Cellars, from Ingleston to Blantyre, from Nice'n'Sleezy's to Maryhill the band has moved around playing and being played. We like to think we're giving the real face of Glasgow.

Right now, the next body of work has been produced at Chem 19 by Paul Savage, with Lewis on Bass, Sean on lead guitar and Johnny on Drums. We are preparing hard to go out on tour with the new album "The Log, The Castle and what happened after". Should be ready to swagger out the door with it real soon

Everyone involved has had a great time making something, hoping that it would be really special. It's from East Glasgow/Lanarkshire, so it's depressing at times, funny and angry at others, but most of all it's something that lives in the moment.

Anyways, we hope you like the music cause we made for you to listen to.
