Hi I am Veronica also known as "Vero Del Rio" born one of 7 children, raised in the city of Wilmington California Wilmington is the heart of HARBOR baby!!!. My childhood inspirations have been so so many different artist but to name a few......Iris Chacon,Celia Cruz, and Vicente Fernandez. I started dancing at the age of 6, with folklorico and later took classes like salsa,flameco, and polynesian dancing. I've been rapping since the early 90's inspired by rappers like LL Cool J,Slick Rick, Cypress Hill,Tribe Called Quest, DJ Quik,Digable Planet's,Too Short, AMG, 2ndIINone,Biz Markee,KRS One, and well the list goes on . I've been featured on several underground Latino Rap CDs that have hit the Harbor Area (Carson, Harbor City, San Pedro, and Wilmington). I worked with different producers Johhny Boy,David aka "lil Blue" or "Ese Daz from Spanish Fly, and Tony A of Hi-C and Tony-A. I am a spanglish rapper this is very easy for me being that I grew up in a home raised by parents from Tangancicuero Michuacan who spoke only spanish at home. But luckily I had older siblings speaking english I learned both languages. I enjoy creating music I write my own lyrics too. Music calms me I love it so much. My goal right now is to find some one to work with and do this!!!! Get a record deal,continue performing,creating, and most of all entertaining as many people as I can. Musica is my love!
