Dutch Vega was born in the Bronx to a Nicaraguan Mother & a Puerto Rican Father. Since an early age he was exposed to Hip Hop through his brother that was a B-Boy for a crew out of the Gun Hill Rd. part of the Bronx. Through his early teenage years he honed his talent through the same avenue all New York MC's do which is the Streets, Rhyming for anyone, Battling anyone, basically doing Lyrical Boot Camp Training & getting his stripes like all great MC's.Through the late 90's Dutch Vega became a promoter for Frontline Marketing & Promotions a very prominent Marketing company that was notorious during the gorilla promotion tactics of the 90's that was made famous by the attention it garnered after Mayor Rudy Guilliani started paying so much "Attention". During his time as a promoter he used the opportunity to network with many of the MC's he was working on for Frontline. He began to also hang out with underground artists through Lyricist Lounge a known breeding ground for MC's in New York.After short stints of living both in Honolulu, Hawaii & Atlanta, Georgia he moved back to New York and began his journey in the music industry.
