Deadline Noise [Kataklysm tribute]

The story of the band starts in march 2004, from the meeting of Adriano (guitar) and Pietro (drums).During the first rehersals emerges a good chemistry which very soon leads to the joining of Claudio (bass), a friend of Pietro with whom had previously played in another band.After a short period of improvvisations between Power and Thrash metal style, the sound got heavier and heavier and in may 2004 Gianluca (vocals), another friend of the drummer, joins the band... and the crew is complete! The genre naturally evolved into a powerful mix of thrash and death metal.Among the first cover songs (of Sepultura, Kreator...) were already present In Shadows & Dust and Beyond Salvation by Kataklysm, and as these ones sounded very well and brutal, in a short period a lot of other Kataklysm songs were added to our playlist during the rehersals...In the meantime the band (still nameless) makes his first live appereance in a quite strange location: in a terrible-sounding room located under the church of Adriano's and Pietro's High School ! Then other live dates followed, including the partecipation at the Bustock band contest (with the monicker Detonation).The band, considering the growing number ok Kataklysm cover songs in the setlist, decided to get in touch with Kataklysm themselves, trying to become their official cover band... so in a bit more than a week at the drummer's home, the band self-recorded and produced its first demo, containing 7 Kataklysm cover songs and a rough version of Puritan, the first song composed by Deadline Noise (the latest and definitive name of the band). On the 27th of July 2005, just after finishing the demo, Pietro and Claudio went to Winterthur, in Switzerland to see an outstanding live performance of Kataklysm and to deliver the CD directly in the hands of Maurizio Iacono, singer and leader of Kataklysm. After an exhausting waiting period then finally came the confirmation from Maurizio Iacono (who told himself really enthusiastic by our cover versions!): Deadline Noise is now the official Kataklysm cover band!WE ARE LOOKING FOR NEW LIVE DATES, so if you want to organize a concert or need a support band, CONTACT US !!!See you on the road!
