About Me

Fun-loving, outgoing gal with a big heart especially for my family and friends. I enjoy a good laugh and making others laugh as well (life is too short to be serious dwelling on the small stuff!). I will always take time to listen to your tales of woes and offer feedback if you so desire it. If you need one or two shoulders to lean on, go right ahead, I will hold you up for as long as you need.
My family and friends are very important to me and I enjoy spending time with each one of them. I especially enjoy watching the world from the eyes of my nephews and niece (I love you kids soooo much)!
I am a goal oriented person who enjoys a challenge, therefore, I will try just about anything (especially if it is a new adventure related to the outdoors and sports). Life is never dull in my world - so much to do and so little time to do it - as the saying goes, "CARPE DIEM" baby!!!
I believe in myself, know who I am and what I want out of life; the path has been interesting to say the least and the one I'm on now seems to be going really well; no complaints! Much of that has to do with my motto: "DREAM BIG & BELIEVE!" If you dream it and believe strongly in it, then you can acheive it. The only catch is that you have to be willing to ask for some assistance along the way if and when you get stuck. For that I cannot thank my friends and family enough; they will never know how truly grateful I am for their support in the accomplishments I have made - THANK YOU!!!

My Interests

The outdoors - hiking, rollerblading (great exercise), skiing (I've actually mastered the black diamonds - WOO HOO), body boarding (the bigger the wave the better - Hawaii here we come, right Susan!), jogging on the beach, but also going to the beach to relax, read a book, take a stroll, or gaze at the stars. Kayaking (nothing like it), Horseback riding. Photography and scrap booking. Marine environment (especially dolphins - Dolphin Count 2005 was a blast!). Traveling (w/ my P.I.C. especially - you rock!). Hanging out with friends and family. Movies. Graphic Design. Dancing with friends. Dining at new restaurants. Football (Go Miami!). Books. Officially addicted to Sudoku. Watching the sunrise and sunset (seriously, you MUST get your arse outta bed at least once in your life to see the sunrise). And lastly, LAUGHING until you ache all over and you get the hiccups.

I'd like to meet:

DAN MARINO! Although, anyone interesting and fun will suffice :)

Music:

Evanescence, Enya, U2, Creed (yes; no longer), anything 80's, and country (Tim McGraw, Alan Jackson, Martina McBride, Jo Dee Messina, Alabama, Rascal Flatts - just to name a few).

Movies:

I should own Blockbuster!

Television:

Too busy to watch TV, but when/if I had time, I enjoy Football, Apprentice, any detective show (i.e. CSI Cold Case, Crossing Jordan, Law and Order). And I admit it, if I could watch it, I'd be addicted to GH. And how can I forget LOST; thank goodness first season is on DVD b/c that's the only way I can watch it - it's like a good book you can't put down.

Stephen King, Dean Koontz, James Patterson, Nicholas Sparks.

Heroes:
