About Me

awl.a - Est. 2006
a word like.attack are a five-piece from Southampton. They play post-hardcore mixed with elements of post-rock and electronica.
Since forming they have been playing shows across the country and have released two EPs.
Our third EP, "Though We Aren't Birds, We're Still Given To Flight" comes out 20th July 2009. We're very excited; this EP encapsulates both who we are and what we sound like, and you're going to want to hear it.
From 20th July 2009 onwards we want to play as many shows as possible.
