W ho am I?
I believe in Yeshua haMashiach - Jesus Christ, the Jewish Messiah and teacher of righteousness. I believe in the oneness of God ( Exodus6:4 ) and that the fulness of the Godhead dwells in Yehoshua ( Colossians 2:9 ). I believe in the indwelling of Ruach haKodesh, the Holy Spirit, as evidenced by speaking in tongues. I belive in baptism in the name of Yeshua/Jesus ( Acts 2:38 ), the application of the blood of the Lamb of God slain at Pesach (Passover) upon the lentil and doorposts of the soul. I believe in divine guidance, providence, miracles, healing the sick and spiritual warfare between the messengers of God and the servants of the enemy. I believe in the truth of the eternal Torah, in observance of the festivals and full obedience to the Master's commandments.

I believe in the sacred nature of the Tanakh and the Brit Chadashah. I believe in the fulfillment of prophecy and that the end of Olam Hazeh - the world we know today - is soon to end and that the advent of Olam Haba -- the world to come -- is imminent.

This is who I am and what I believe in. These are the foundations of my faith, the Truth that I have sought my entire life. This Truth is what defines me, gives my spirit shape and form and completes the golem that I was before I truly knew of Hashem (see Psalm 139:13-16 ). This is the Truth that has transformed my thoughs and forms my future.

Thus, the mission statement that directs my life is: To know Hashem more and more; To help others know Hashem through the works of Yehoshua Rabbeinu; To follow Torah; To tell others all that I have learned of the Word of God; To help others; To seek righteous government; To use all of my talents in service of Hashem; and to be a witness of Truth in these final days of Olam Hazeh.

Heroes:

Yeshua Rabbeinu: He laid it all on the line. Who has believed our report? To whom has the Arm of the Lord been revealed? The chastisement for our sins was laid upon Him, and through His blood we are made free.
My Friends & Family: You guys never cease to amaze me... and I envy all of you. Even those of you who consider yourselves to be so flawed and so far from God exhibit talents, passions, quirks and intellects I only dream of possessing, as well as a collective wisdom that continually astounds me. There are so many ways I wish I was like you all, and every time I compare myself to you -- paragons such as Brother Armando; Uncle Jim and Uncle David; Mom, Grandmother and Aunt Linda; my cousins (especially Zack and Kyle, my two big familial heroes and inspirations); the East-Side Battes (props to Grace Christian!); Sharon, who possessed the bravery to leave her homeland Israel for God-knows-what here in the States; Stephanie and her sister Marianne (though I've known you both so short a season), who find the strength to keep going through innumerable tears; Yusuf, Big D and Double-A, my two role models;
Brother Jeff and Jesusfreak, two sides of the same coin and both young men I admire more than I admit to either of them; Mason, Moose, Corey, Forrest LarryBoy, Hardcore D and the rest of my current/former co-workers -- I wish only to grow more like you in talent and in skill, if the Good Lord wills it; Blink8512 and Eric Rodriguez, I covet your techno-genius, guys; Taya and Becca, my angels both when times were dark; Pastor Dan, Brother Barnes and the gang at Life Challenge , y'all have fed me spiritually and given me strength to continue when all strength has failed; Rabbi Hall, thanks for the schoolin'!; Rain Jaben, I admire you more than I know how to say, and many of my tears and prayers are for you; Jody, my sister, though you see only struggle and harship, I see a woman who has clawed her way to the surface through sheer endurance and shards of faith alone... I love all of you more than I've words to express. You are all my heroes, every one of you. I'm sorry I never took the time to tell you in person as I should have. My heart is with you, always.
