About Me

.. Well my name is Brian Ashley Thompson. I've grown up for the last ten years in Round Rock, Texas. I was in, or atleast suppose to be apart of the 2000 Class of Round Rock High. Prior to that I went to Bandera Middle School in Bandera, Texas.I am essentially who I've always been. A fun, fairly intelligent guy that has his flaws, his faults but Now I'm 25. I'm seeing things a little more clearly now and that brings room for change to come into my life. I have a beautiful daughter named Ashlynn. She is six years old. When my attention is not dedicated to her completely I share it with my sweet girlfriend turned wife, Alicia. We just got married in July. So I'd say things are pretty serious.Lately I've been going through some changes in my life. A wise man once confused me for growing up, but I'm still pretty immature. I will say that looking at the long road is better than starting and stopping on the short one. I'm pretty excited about my path and the good things it will bring down the road.I believe that regrets are wasted energy. We all miss things from our past. Or we may wish things were different but life is a one day at time process, so it is best to keep pushing forward.I'm learning to be a good husband, and a better father everyday. At one time I use to hate waking up and going to work. Now I know I'm working for someone other than myself and thats why people call it work. Life is work, and you can measure yourself by how much dedication you put into it.

My Interests

Ashlynn, my baby girl. Shes first. After that its motorcycles, music, and art. I would like to think I am good at tinkering on cars and a decent Bob Vila craftsman. Pretty standard stuff. I'm also a big football fan my two favorite teams are the Green Bay Packers ( pro ) and Texas Longhorns ( college ) Aside from that is the search of truth. Music:

Music has always been a thing I enjoy very much. Since I moved out of the restrictive domain of my ex-step-father I've became interested in many different kinds. The first CD I ever bought was R. Kelly's "12 Play." I enjoy R&B and Hip-Hop foremost. I do enjoy a variety of live music. I reccommend a band called DAWN OVER ZERO. or D.O.Z. for short. Awesome band. You can find them on My Space! I also dip into country, jazz, blues, acid jazz and classical...

Movies:

I don't go to the movies much. However I will go when it comes to taking Ash to see a movie she wants to see. As for me, two of my all-time favorites are " V for Vendetta ", "Office Space" and "Shawshank Redemption"

Television:

Two best shows ever are "NIP TUCK" & "24". I also watch the History Channel like an old man, and then A&E for the show " First 48 ". Recently I've even been sucked into "House" and "Grey's Anatomy".and a much loved favorite of mine which is no longer with us... BEAVIS & BUTTHEAD...

Heroes:

My brain, it gets me in far less trouble than that dang "third leg" does. Seriously, my heros are My two older brothers John and Chris for their individual strengths. Also my Mom. Shes been through hell and still managed to raise us boys.

Super Bowl 40 aka XL
