I have two wonderful children, God has blessed me with true happiness!
I'm a true to life jack of all trades. I was a rapper in the Detroit music scene for about 10 years of my life and decided that I'd lost the love for it.
Regardless, music is still a part of my nature. I'm a songwriter, producer, performer, promoter, manager, graphic designer, chief editor of a couple websites and the co-host of a local sports radio show.
I'm currently in college fulltime with a 3.85 GPA and plan on attending the University of Michigan through their M-TIES program.
I've been fortunate enough to see a lot of things in my life, good and bad... But nothing has happened more important than me being born again and baptized, Thank you Jesus!
I'm usually hanging out with my kids, watching and playing sports (watching more now, since I'm past my prime), songwriting, making music and playing video games.
My Father served our great country for 26 years of his life, so I am a huge supporter of our U.S. troops! (Whether you agree with past/current wars, or not; our U.S. military men & women put themselves in harms way to provide us all with the ability to live in a FREE country)!
I enjoy nearly all types of music, although my enjoyment varies.
My favorite songs usually come in the form of a well written song (Lyrically) with a unique melody.
Fuller, Guido Rob & I are currently writing Pistol Day Parade's debut album! It seems the fourth time around we have a better idea of the songs that we need to write, it appears that we've matured quite a bit since the first album we wrote in 2000.
I write songs about relationships, because nearly everything in life involves a relationship! We're all forced to create relationships between ourselves and others (that special someone, friends, family, God, etc...), as well as a relationship with ourselves! So learning to grow in a relationship through trial and error makes for great songs that everyone can relate with in some fashion!
I'm a movie fanatic, so there would be too many to list!
I'm a T.V. Freak & own a 55" Sony High Definition LCD, so television is great.
Some of the shows I watch are: All of Detroit's major professional sports teams, The Ultimate Fighter, every major Boxing and MMA event, all of the Michigan Wolverine's college sports games (mainly Football & Basketball), Entourage, Dexter, Friday Night Lights, American Idol, How I Met Your Mother, Last Comic Standing, Til Death, and a fan of almost any HBO series.
I read an incredible amount of literature for school, so I rarely read anything but "The Bible" for my own nourishment.
Jesus Christ is my hero with my Grandfather running a close second.
My Grandfather built most of the major building in Detroit as a steel worker for 35 years, including GM's headquarters, The University of Michigan Hospital, and The Renaissance Center.
He's the foundation of our family, it's easy to love him & look up to him, as his character and life epitomizes "The Hardworking Man!"
And this is a role that I hope to fill for future generations of our family.
**Disclaimer**
PLEASE refrain from leaving me comments that include (sparkles tags, glitter text, and anything else that wastes my page's bandwidth...) You've been warned, so don't be offended when I delete your unoriginal image comment (Flyers are fine in certain cases). If you have an upcoming show and it's over 100 miles from Detroit, don't waste your time, as I will most likely not to able to attend! Feel free to "Message Me" with any advertisements, show flyers, glitter text images that you would like me to see!
I'm only on MySpace for networking, business opportunities, & friendship, I actually personally know, or have at sometime known 80% of my friends in real-life; so don't expect me to add you if you've recently created a fake myspace page with one picture and a link to your webcam, sorry I'm just not interested...
