About Me

I almost (almost) have my new place set up the way I want it. Luckily, home decoration is a perfect way to procrastinate. The move to one-bedroom (the first time in my life!) has led to a whole new lifestyle. Lots of hanging out in my underwears watching movies with the cat. Yup.

My Interests

zombie movies. getting rich.

I'd like to meet:

Sebastian Bach. I loved him before the Gilmore Girls. I love him more after.

Music:

neutral milk hotel. Neko case, Sleater Kinney (*sniffle*) descendents. Dwarves. I'm particularly fond of lady singers of all kinds: those above plus PJ Harvey, Gillian Welch, Detroit Cobras, Xray spex, Wanda Jackson...

Movies:

Bottle Rocket. Lipstick and Dynamite. ocean and nature documentaries.

Television:

I hate Lost.

Books:

You Shall Know Our Velocity by Dave Eggers, but definitely NOT A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius by Dave Eggers.

My Blog

a funny button (and I'm generally not a fan of buttons. They're worse than bumperstickers.): "I'm not old, your music really just sucks." He was my hero until I accidentally caught a glance of pasty ...

The difference between Saw and the rest

ok, look. Saw was about sadism and torture and unconscionable cruelty. Descent, zombie gore movies, Texas Chainsaw (if you need me to qualify that i'm speaking of the original, then leave), creepy...
