I have been in the food industry since 1978. Most recently as a national account manager for a seafood company based in Canada. My area is from Texas to the Kansas City. This career has given me the opportunity to travel throughout the United States. During these travels I've met and befriended people and experienced life that I never dreamt of as a child growing up in a small town.
My pleasures include playing golf, attending local music events, Dallas Stars hockey and hanging out with my best pal, my wife.
Recently I have started taking piano lessons. While I am not very good, I enjoy the challenge. It has amazed me that since taking up this hobby, my dreams have been loaded with melodies that I have never heard previously. This leads me to believe that there might be some talent hidden away.
