About Me

I was born and raised in Houston, TX. Moved off when I was 18 and have lived in the Dallas area a couple of different times, Savannah, Ga, Albuquerque, NM and now for the second time central Louisiana. I started a business restoring antique furniture this year and find it to be very satisfying work. I also paint when I get the urge and have a pretty good size collection of paintings. So if anyone needs some artwork you know who to contact. I am into Mixed Martial Arts and really believe in the Mind/Body connection. I work out and train just about every day. One of my dreams is to one day teach everything including women's self-defense and to enter MMA matches.I'm a big fan of nature and the outdoors.I also love to travel but haven't done much lately.
