How did you find me here?

About Me

What can be said about me? I'm loud and bubbly with a naivete most don't even believe to be true.I would give the world for my friends and family.I'm an anime and RPG geek and not afraid to say it proudly.I'd like to be more liberal. In college, I want to be one of those tragically hip protesting girls that rally in front of the nearest political building over the rights of animals because I respect those people.Art is beautiful in any form.Writing is a huge part of my life.Music rules it though. I am planning on being a music teacher.Vegetarians are the best kind of people, I think, but it's sad that I'm not one. I wish to be but my fascination with all things involving eggs and chicken seems neverending.I like to argue but only to provoke thought, not provoke emotions.Movies are fun to watch; but the best ones are ones that no one likes to watch. People never think about seeing the attempt at making good movies.Working out is fun but I don't do it often because I'm lazy.I can be sad and sometimes morose but I like to hide it well: people don't need to see that side of me. I'd rather them see who I can be when I'm happy-loving, giving, and hopefully fun.Laughing is a key to life and I enjoy it wholeheartedly.Arists should be respected. I wish I had that sort of talent, but alas I do not. Though, I do wish to perfect throwing pottery. It seems like a fun art medium.Sleeping is a habitual neccessity that I endorse fully with little to no hestitaiton. I sleep often and deep. It's probably one of the only things that keeps me sane.Piercings are cool. I want many.People should be accepted for who they are..no matter what.I'm Lindsay. Who are you?

My Interests

There are a lot of things that I like to do, and to name all of them would be an endless task. But my life revolves heavily around music. It is the part my soul that revives me each time I hear.

I'd like to meet:

People are nice.I edited my profile at Freeweblayouts.net , check out these Myspace Layouts!

Music:

No Doubt is my favorite, but I have many favorites. As I've said before, music is my soul. I listen to almost everything. The only genre I'm truly not fond of is country. I still, however, do listen to some: Faith Hill, Tim Mcgraw and some various others.

Movies:

My favorite movie since I was about five years old has been Beauty and the Beast. Laugh if you so wish, but you can't change my opinion.Otherwise, I love all kinds of movies. To be frank, I'm a sucker for romance and drama movies.Lately though, my friends have been introducing me to the world of sci-fi and low-budget indie films. Then there are the movies that weren't low-budget but just did bad..we like those a lot too.If you ever get the chance to watch Serenity, doooo it.Tank Girl is awesome.Donnie Darko must be added to my list of absolute favs.Dead Poets Society

Television:

I don't watch a whole lot of TV, but a few shows have caught my eye: Will and Grace, Friends, Home Improvement, and Boy Meets World. However, by a long shot(a very huge long shot), I have an unhealthy obsession with Buffy-love the show beginning to end. Literally speaking, I could tell you nearly anything about that show.I mustn't forget Firefly.

Books:

I've been trying to read more often so, my collection isn't up to par yet. I don't know who my favorite authors are nor my favorite books. All of the ones I've read, I've liked if that is of any help. The Kushiel series is AMAZING

Heroes:

My dad has been my hero musically but JESUS is my real hero.

The art of impulse

I'm feeling impulsive tonight. Really. All of these ideas are going about in my head of things that I want to do, accomplish, be. And sadly, I can't really do any of them--as much as I wish I could. O...

That's that

Well, I don't normally say this, but I think it needs to be said so that maybe I can do something about it or maybe learn from the experience. Today, I decided I was going to put the rest of my gradua...

Karl Jenkins, anyone?

I'm in the Alley Cat for many reasons: Dazbog was closed and I could therefore not use the internet; I like the chai matte here better than Dazbog, even if they weren't closed; being in a crowd gives ...

Freaking fabulous

I haven't had that much fun in so long. God, it was a blast--what I remember of it anyway. Of course, the hangover bit sucked but hey, that's the consequence that I chose to live with, lol So, what DO...

Invalid my tooshi

There are happy people around me and as a result, I am envious, morose, isolated. The past few days, all I've done is sleep; last time I checked, that was a telltale sign that I'm not doing well. A pa...

Alley cat chai matte

I like the Chai Matte here: it's not as sweet as the regular chai but with the earthy flavor of yerba. It's nice. This whole thing just kind of blows. I can't smile anymore. Does that sound lame? I t...

It's been a while

Well, I suppose I don't need to repeat myself. I'm listening Adagio for Strings in G minor by Tomaso Albinoni nearly in tears. It's so unbelievably beautiful, that there aren't words to describe it en...
