About Me

I grew up in No. California and spent the last 10 yrs in Nevada. Moved here to PA a year ago. I'd love to meet and make some friends! I'm still a kid at heart! I am easily amused, love to laugh and play, and live vicariously through my kids! I still find life fascinating and exciting and can have fun no matter what I'm doing! I pretty much say what I think and feel, which many people find funny. I hate rudeness and dishonesty, even though I seem to tolerate it! No time to dwell on Negativity!There's so much that interests me, not enough time to do it all! I love anything outdoors...hiking, gardening, camping...taking my dog for a walk at night..and simple things make me happy...baking, bubblegum fruit smoothies, & pizza and beer beats a fancy dinner anytime! I enjoy doing anything artistic & creative, DIY projects...and oddly enough, I LOVE the smell of fresh cut lumber! Construction sites??...Yeah baby!!!

My Interests

Hanging with my 2 awesome college daughters, being outdoors, traveling, exploring new places, going to music & sporting events, doing creative stuff like art & DIY projects, photography, power walks, and my "perfect man" AKA my dog Buddy. Someday I'd like to do "The Amazing Race"

I'd like to meet:

Anyone! I am a very easy going person. I am very genuine...honest and openminded. I really find people fascinating and I like to learn about new things from people I meet! I like to know what makes people "tick"...who they are...what makes them unique and interesting. Everyone has something to say, an opinion, a story...something worthwhile to share, good and bad, and I am intrigued by that.

Top 20, Dance Hits, 70's and 80's, rock and roll, R & B, Funk,soul, country...just about anything except "Rap"

Ever After, Pretty Woman, Forest Gump...the last of the dogmen

Television:

Grey's Anatomy !!! AND... Reality TV!!!!! Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Amazing Race, The Bachelor/Bachelorette, America's Next Top Model, Project Runway ...then TLC medical shows or Home and Garden channel

Books:

I read the newspaper and magazines...mostly Home Improvement ones like "Home", "Better Homes and Gardens", "Elle Decor" and an occasional celebrity smut magazing like USweekly

Heroes:

All of the men and women in our military fighting for OUR freedom and the safety of our country... YOU ARE MY HEROES!
