I don't write much, but here's something of mine:
Too many years have passed,
never for sure, never lasting,
endurance that has lost it's path,
leaving them feeling trapped.
trapped in world, spirit and time,
trapped in a reality un-defined,
but never trapped to an un-mistakable death,
only trapped to live, to take one more breath.
keeping they're hopes,
they're spirit alive,
never to be free,
for that's far to easy.
