Burgers of Beef formed in 2001. They wrote some songs, played some gigs and then recorded a 10 track demo CD. Then they played some more gigs, drank some beer and recorded and released a 6 track EP entitled 'Bingo'. After a few more gigs and the writing of a few more songs an 11 track album 'Ride to Victory' was recorded and released in December 2005. In late 2006 the Burgers released their latest recordings as the 'Quadruple A Side' EP and in a move more stunning then a punch in the guts launched it during the most lavish and wild night that the Bassendean pub has ever seen. After playing their entire 5 years worth of back catalogue over two mind-bending sets there was not a dry eye in the house, such was the gratitude of the attending punters. This event is spoken of in hushed tones by the regulars in the front bar still to this very day. The future no doubt holds more gigs, more beer consumption and hopefully some more CD releases.
