About Me

I live with my hubby in Germany for the moment...we are waiting on his next job assignment. For all my education, I'm working part time as an Office Manager for a company that works with the military commissaries. We travel when we can, where we can, and hope we can see as much as possible.

Music:

Christian, Oldies, classic rock, classical...I like just about everything except extra heavy metal and gansta rap. I've always been a big fan of Smalltown Poets, Third Day (thanks to Abs!), the Beatles, Jennifer Knapp, etc etc etc

Movies:

there are sooo many to choose from! So, I'll give you my all time greatest: Old Yeller, The Princess Bride, 10 Things I Hate about You, The Newton Boys, The Incredibles, Finding Nemo, Braveheart, MST 3000, Noises Off, Lord of the Rings Trilogy, Transformers

Television:

LOST, The Amazing Race, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Gilmore Girls (they crack me up, what can I say?), Scrubs, House, MD., Grey's Anatomy... We don't have television, so I'm a little behind on the newer stuff.

Books:

Books...does it matter what kind, as long as I can read it? Ok, so I'm a little more picky than that. On the classics side, Jane Austen, and I confess L. M. Montgomery is still a favorite from childhood. More modern likes would include Rhys Bowen, Frank Peretti, Patricia Cornwell, John Grisham, Mary Higgins Clark (please note that I don't read fiction for intellectual stimulation...just the escape from reality...I'm still reveling in not reading for homework).
