__ My name is Carlos Barquin. Most would know me by C-Los, AxCell, Carlito, or just "C".
__ I'd like to consider myself an artist, for lack of a better word. And I also consider myself an "optimistic" person, with a lively sense of humor, despite my playfully sarcastic nature. My hobbies include Videogames, Futbol (Soccer), Sketching, Cars, Photography, Digital Art, Filmmaking, and listening to music.
__ I'm a Mountain Dew fanatic. (But I'll bet by LOOKING at my profile, you've guessed that by now.) The greatest drink in the world, in my humble opinion. Besides graphics, my main, most enjoyed hobby would have to be traveling and photography . While I don't have the cash to travel much, photography fills in my need to go out and experience all there is to see in this world.
__ My favorite car OF ALL TIME is unquestionably the DeLorean . Since the age of 6, watching "Back to the Future" over and over, I've grown attached to the extinct model. I've only seen one up close ONCE, and that spawned some nice pictures . If you happen to own one, please drop me a line. I'll love you forever. =)
__ I spend the majority of my time with schoolwork these days. If not, I'm probably working on a project or just killing time sketching or doing some scenic photography. The rest of my time is spent [trying] to work on my car, working out, hanging out with friends, and the occasional PC/Console gaming.
__ I co-administrate a small gaming reviews site by the name ReviewHaven . A site dedicated to videogame reviews by the players, for the players. I also design and co-edit a small videogaming newsletter, HGNews. Eventually I hope to establish a career in the advertisement industry, producing things such as movie posters, album covers, and the like. Plan B is a career in freelance scenic photography. Getting to travel the world doing what I love most: expressing how I see life in simple, still photos that portray wonder and awe.
