THIS IS AUTUMN are an experience and personality charged band from the East Midlands, UK. Originally founded by Josh and returned Tim, the duo had the perfect attitude to put the band together and get the wheels rolling.
Since late October 2005, the band has been making music privately amongst themselves, waiting for the right time to start gigging.
BUT on the 27th April 2006 Tim quit as TIA due to personality and opinion clashes and luckily no friendships were lost. The band was then founder Josh, Alex and James.
After a number of shows late in 06 and with the turn of November 06, the band had been experience some tensions and as a result drummer James quit and Tim Returned.
As of Dec 06 TIA (Alex, Tim and Josh) have been going in a new direction, writing new, improved material and changing their name to go with this fresh start and recently the band has added vocalist Matt, but are still seeking a commited drummer willing to help write and record songs with the band.
Former drummer James has made a temporary come back to play with the band for a show in September but TIA are still seeking a commited drummer. If you have any information please let TIA know.
