My Interests

New York Yankees, music, comedy, photography, reading, crosswords and Scrabble, painting, the comedy stylings of Brain Regan, losing my hard earned money at video poker, my animals,(and those that belong to others), squeezing babies, nursing (not the breastfeeding kind, although that's nice, too!)Also enjoy making an ass of myself in public and putting my size 11 feet in my giant mouth.

I'd like to meet:

My evil twin. I hear she's a hellion.

Music:

Too much to fully list...probably first, foremost, and forever, the Beatles. Lots of 80's new wave and punk rock (the Cure, the Smiths, Talking Heads, Erasure, Depeche Mode, Bauhaus, Sex Pistols, the Ramones, etc), They Might be Giants, 10,000 Maniacs, Sarah MacLachlan, Cocteau Twins, Green Day, Indigo Girls, Paul Simon, (also the Garfunkel), Cat Stevens, Dave Matthews Band, Beastie Boys, OK GO, Killers, some Southern rock, Dixie Chicks, Beck, the Shins, Spoon, Feist, and anything else that makes my booty shake.

Movies:

Princess Bride, Mrs. Doubtfire, A Christmas Story, Uncle Buck, Napolean Dynamite, Little Miss Sunshine, Clerks, Juno, 80's John Hughes movies, The entire Pixar library, Liar Liar, and lots of indie films. Most of the movies coming out of Hollywood are crapola.

Television:

YES channel (Yankees baseball), Discovery Channel, Family Guy, Seinfeld, L Word, the Daily Show and the Colbert Report, Top Chef, Flight of the Conchords, Ghost Hunters and shows with funny animals and babies. Not too much else worth watching these days...

Books:

Anything by JD Salinger, Wally Lamb or Billie Letts, Armistead Maupin's Tales of the City, A Boy called It, and many others.

Heroes:

My grampy.
