Star 156 Productions, Inc. is proud to sponsor Vodou in Vegas 2007, on Saturday April 6 and Sunday April 7, 2007. The weekend will be a celebration of the various African based spiritual traditions and paths including Vodou, Voodoo, Rootwork, Santeria, Yoruban Ifa, Orisha worship, Ancestor veneration and more.
The highlight of the weekend: A Lave Tet Ceremony, pronounced LAH-vay TET, from the French laver la tete, to wash head.
Mambo Racine Sans Bout Sa Te La Daginen, Mambo Christine of Las Vegas, NV and Houngan Michael of San Francisco, CA and other members of the Roots Without End Society of Jacmel, Haiti will be preforming this beautiful ceremony.
