Sweet Zoe

if the old legends are true, sweet zoe was formed in 1999 by "alex feuerborn" and "benjamin greber". they met the "monk" , recorded their first demo pretty soon and started playing concerts. On their first gig, they played with the norwegian rockband "loophole" which invited sweet zoe("the greatest band that has ever supported us") to record their next cd in their own studio in oslo. (we still don`t know why this never happened) . they were played on some radiostations, such as "einslive" , played the "viva2 immergut festival", took part in several label compilations, supported "the beatsteaks", "sportfreunde stiller", and "readymade" and rocked everybody's ass. 2001 "mark angsmann", great guitarplayer and fan of the band joined them and so they rocked everybody's ass all together. 2002 they recorded a new five track ep . chris wicky, mastermind of the mighty rockband "favez" from lausanne was "totaly blown away" by the band and invited the sweet zoe to support them on their germany-tour. and so they had a great time all together until the day came, alex decided (atctually, we decided this all together) to leave the band because he was so busy with his studying. the three leftover guys found out how hard it is to find a drummer who can play and is not a complete idiot. at least it took two years: on a favez (must be fate!) concert, they met their new drummer "peter wilde". (it`s no nick-name, by the way) and now our four heroes are back on the track, happy again and they already started to rock everybody's ass again. they just released their 2002 record "all we need is the fucking prop" and they are just finished their new record "the ship´s made fast .
