I feel as if I need to make a statement about the turmoil and commadiration in San Diego this week. I have learned and loss much this week. This disaster has taught me about giving, loving, and forgiving. This last year in San Diego I feel as if I have been selfish and forgetting to look at my fortune. My life this year has been blessed with so much love and friendship it is overwhelming. But after this week I know I have taken advantage of it. The struggles of these families and the forgiveness and strength they have shown even after their home has burned to the ground is immense. _________ __________________________________________________________ __ I have been volunteering at Qualcom for the past three days and I have met some amazing people. I feel humbeled. A home can be burned, but rebuilt. A lost of a loved one can never be replaced. Thankfully not everyone has lost someone to this disaster and many families are thankful that they are still together. It is never too late.__________
