Vic Soultript - House Music Page

Vic Soultript was born in El Salvador and grew up in West New York, New Jersey. At a very young age, Soultript would stay up late taping “The Saturday Night Dance Parties” that would air on "Hot 103" (now Hot 97). He gained appreciation for DJ mixing. DJ Vic's father owned a local Latin cover band. Since the age of 14, Vic would tag along with his father. During the breaks, he would help his uncle spin vinyl. Soultript's first big break came at the age of 16. He finally got his own gig at a local Latin club playing during breaks for some of the local Latin bands. He quickly developed his skills. At 18, he met, then aspiring producer, Conrado Martinez. They quickly joined forces and worked on a few “house” and Hip-Hop projects. DJ Soultript has played at many Latin and House Clubs in various states. ...In 1999, fate brought him out to Salt Lake City, Utah where he continued to improve his craft.
