Word to your mutha....

About Me

Anyone who knows me....knows me...'nuff said!

BUT....trying to learn how to speak French.....and my tongue hurts.....so does my head....

AND....they are playing reruns of FAME on MuchMoreMusic...reminded me of how I wanted to be one of the 'students' at that school...with Janet Jackson, Billy Hussey (?) and Nia Peeples...and end my school day by doing the spilts in the air.

please don't send a friend's request just so you have a huge number of "friends" on myspace and then not converse...that's just plain wrong ;)

My Interests

My new favourite saying! I have to somehow introduce this to my every day vocabulary:

I'd like to meet:

Missy Elliott! Omigosh I would love to meet her! Quentin Tarantino(just because), Morgan Freeman (only because I think he's one of the most underrated actors of our generation) Gandhi, Kanye West (just so I can ask him if he playing the ego game for arts sake or is he actually that much of an asshole...but I do think he's very talented, just hate the ego) Margaret Atwood, and Anne Rice.

And of course....MADONNA! Who I had to chance to see in Montreal! WHOO HOO GREAT SHOW!

"In the sky, there is no distinction of east and west; people create distinctions out of their own minds and then believe them to be true." Do you know who said this???

Movies:

I have sooo many movies that I love...but the few movies I could not part with are: Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill vol 1 and 2, Shrek :), Interview with a Vampire, BrokeBack Mountain (my new fave!), The Notebook (a must watch..esp if you've ever been in love...LOVE RACHEL McADAMS....she's my girl crush), All the Harry Potter movies (yes, I'm a nerd) and Lord of the Rings (double nerd)

Television:

CSI Las Vegas (the best in the series!), Six Feet Under ( I wish it was still on air!), Sex in the City (another one I wish was still on air), LOST (of course!) and some others that I'm too embarassed to admit!

Books:

Memoirs of a Geisha, Harry Potter Series, Lord of the Kings Series, The Alienist, All Michael Slade novels, and The Interview with the Vampire Series.

Heroes:

My mom and dad (always), Maya Angelou, Missy Elliott (because she's a freaking musical genius) and anyone who is willing to stand up for their convictions with no hatred or malice.

My Blog

I **HEART** Michael Moore
