Music & art saves me -- cheers me, lays me low and restores me every day. (I'm lucky to work at a job where I get to listen to music most of the time.) • My heart is torn between the extreme cultural diversity (and enlightenment) of big city living and the sublime peace of nature. I can't live without either and navigate both on an almost daily basis: exploring LA's nooks & crannies with my friends then hiking, often alone, into the nearby mountains to explore some more. • I'm fascinated by pop & alternative sub-cultures, art vs advertising, indie aesthetics vs guilty pleasures, and our tendency to always try and define ourselves and others in dichotomies... Its that grey area and how it's constantly changing that fascinates me the most . • I heart Griffith Park fervently (even now, even more), checking out new music, art, performance art & movies, backpacking, traveling and exploring the whole wide world, riding my bike, camping, being silly and hanging w/my amazing friends. • I'm drawn to and inspired by people who are comfortable in their own skin (or at least know the difference and are striving to get there); compassionate people who laugh a lot and are willing to challenge themselves, and me, to keep evolving. • "Risk!
