I'm also a mother.My son is 15.I had him when I was 15.I never raised him.I gave up custody when I was a child myself.I did what I thought would be best for him.I was put in a situation and I had to make a choice-I chose life.Did that just change your mind about me?Judge me not.

It amazes me how many close friends and good people I've lost or don't have as much contact with anymore.Too many man made rules,do's and dont's.All they do is cause the "what if's".When good, genuine people come into our lives, they come for a reason. A soulmate is more than just this over romanticized being that sweeps us off our feet and we marry. A soul-mate is someone who will be a part of our life for the rest of our life and who will always in ALL ways love us.It could be your best friend,your siblings, your ex.It could be someone from a past life, many past lives that we reincounter in our present lives. Have you ever told someone you've just met,"I feel like I've known you all my life"? The connection is there because it has always been there and when we meet an instant bond is formed.The soul naturally determines the purpose of the other,the "connection DNA".

There should never be a reason to break that bond,that friendship.These are the people that have seen us at our worst-and still love us.Have heard us say the worst- and have always forgiven us.These are the people that will tell us the truth even when we don't ask for it. Bury your egos and be thankful that we have people in our lives that truly care about us and want only to see us prosper and grow.Be thankful for your families. These people are the guarantee that we are never alone- ever.

Most of my books are New age books. I do enjoy a dose of enlightenment from time to time. You'd be surprised how much you can re-mind your self when you read the right words written in the right context at the perfect moment in your life.
