a.k.a. Murda was born in Los Angeles, Ca. and spent the latter part of her youth in Compton, Ca. She grew up listening to and admiring rap from artist such as Method Man, Redman, Wu-Tang Clan, Tupac, NWA and last but not least, Her older brother and idol, Noiz. Murda had no idea that she would one day brandish a mic like her older brother when she first picked up a pen to write a verse on a song by the name of Fatal just for laughs. To her surprise as well as others, the lyrics were fire and prompted her to continue to write and drop verses on song after song getting hotter and hotter with each new bar spit. Murda says that She wouldnt have the courage and drive to keep writing and exerting herself lyrically, striving for improvement every day and the strength to hold her own, if it werent for both the encouragement and criticism of her DCB family and label mates.
