I am a kind of person that loves to be active and enjoy traveling to short or far places. I love Muay Thai Boxing (the real deal), fitness, skiing, the beach and much much more. I have a lot of respect for different cultures and religions and love to learn about them also. I love to help people professionally and personally. I enjoy spending time with friends and my family, especially with my lil' baby. I am a member of the Green Peace and want to be active in cleaning up the environment in third world countries, especially the Philippines. I am also interested in helping end hunger and the spreading of disease in the Philippines and in the process of being proactive with such preventions. Music:
Music is huge part of my life, to the extent that I am very open to all forms of music. I played the piano since I was 10 yrs. old and was forced by my grandmother to play classical only. So, I appreciate classical as well. I identify music with culture and since I respect all cultures, I can appreciate everything...from Middle Eastern Music (belly dancing), Indian. As far as American Music? Everything from hip hop 1970's, 1980's (mostly and some current), rock n' roll, regae (did I spell that correctly?), regaeton, some house music, some popular music, I can go on and on and on....
Movies:
I am really into indie films (independent filmakers), but I do love a lot of historical type of films or biographical (Ray, Aviator, etc) because they really touch my heart. Okay, I admit to liking some chick flicks cause that's what I am. Some oldies but goodies chick flicks that I like are usually foreign films, like Amelie, Under the Tuscan Sun, Uptown Girls, etc. etc. I watch and enjoy guy flicks too (I have watched Braveheart many times, Troy man times and alot of guy flicks). I absolutely love love comedy and few of my favorites are The Guru, Zoolander.
Television:
Because of my baby, right now, I watch Sesame Street (Elmo) and Go Diego Go. When I have a chance to relax, I like to watch the Food Channel because I love to cook. The shows I watch on the Food Channel are Iron Chef, $40.00 a Day, Unwrapped, Behind the Bash etc. etc.
I like to watch the 11:00 p.m. news, Dateline NBC, some reality shows, "The Apprentice," "Survivor," and some celebrity reality shows which I can't think of right now.
Books:
Sidhartha, Carlos Castaneda books, when I can think of more, I will ad. he he he!
Heroes:
My mother and grandmother, God bless their souls.
