I'm not 60 and I never will be. I'm not a senior citizen -- and I'm not joining any club! My name is Hetty Wainthropp, I live with retired husband robert and a young armenian boy called geffory, who i bought off a local in the plump duck at chesterford. I while away my days giving the grey matter a good workout solving some of the most heinous crimes across the northwest of England; such as finding lost pancakes for the wertonmonkeyhuttlers mothers union, tracking the kidnappers of Frederric gooblesmark chairman of the wakefield coal miner appreciation society and most recently trying to find a troubled teenager called christie who turned out to be a rhododendron.
Aiding on my never ending quest for justice is armenian geffory, with his trusty 2-stroke scooter. He is always on hand to ferry me to the latest crimescene and also is a dab hand at brewing a lovely cup of tea. He also has the most splendid fairy cakes and battenburg i have ever tasted.
