Lars otherwise known as Lagrom and Space Garden was born on the 12th of May 1986 in a little town called Lemgo somewhere in north-west Germany.
When trance was at its peak in 1998/1999, Lars first came into contact with the amazing genre that is trance when he was
browsing through radio channels and came across a radioshow on Radio 1 which had tracks like Chicanes "Saltwater", The Thrillseekers
"Synaesthesia" and Airscapes "L'Esperanza". At this point Lars became addicted to the genre and listened to the same radioshow every week making a
recording onto tape to keep him going through the week. After exploring the genre more Lars found another radio show broadcast on German Radio by Blank & Jones - the elusive Einslive Party Service series. It was with this that Lars got more involved with the genre and started to purchase various trance albums and compilations.
In 2003 Lars eventually got access to the internet where he started joining up to various internet communites learning about new artists and all
the track names from the shows he had been hearing so regularly. These communities also led to Lars meeting other people with similar fascinations for the music and eventually led to Lagrom being introduced by a friend to the art of Djing in 2004. After being shown a few tricks of the trade Lars experimented with DJ Software Programs with some of the music he had been collecting over the past year. Enjoying it so much, Lars went with his brother to purchase a pair of CD Decks and a Mixer so that he could further his Djing skills and technique.
Autumn 2005 saw Lars contacting the Admins of Crystal Clouds after hearing the weekend birthday celebration on ETN.fm, which led to him sending a Demo Mix. This Demo Mix was well received by Crystal Clouds and it was decided that Lars would join the site as a Resident DJ uploading Promotional Mixes each month for the Trance Community to enjoy!
Space Garden Sessions, his Promo Mix Series at Crystal Clouds is still going strongly each month, with a guestmix from DJs around the world accompanying his fine Djing talents in a 2 CD set of the best uplifting trance around.
