Smallville tells the tale of a teenage Clark Kent
in the days before he was Superman. It is the town where he came from where very strange things started
happening with his arrival in a spaceship in the midst of a meteor storm of green rocks.
Clark must deal with a variety of individuals
given powers by the green rocks, keep his powers a secret,
cope with his friendship with a young Lex Luthor,
and balance the two girls in his life,
Chloe and Lana. The show also shows us how Lex Luthor
develops from a friend of Clark's and kinda-okay
guy to (presumably) the villain who
will plague Superman in his later years.

TOM WELLING
(Born 26 April 1977)Full name Thomas John Patrick Welling was born in Putnam Valley, New York. He spent his early boyhood in Wisconsin. Moved to, Okemos, Michigan. Has two older sisters, and younger brother. Tom appeared in several school plays and pageants until the sixth grade. He played basketball, baseball, and soccer . He was an average student, and graduated on 4 June 1995 as a result Tom didn't go to university.
He worked as a construction worker at a warehouse. in the spring of 1997, Tom was approached by a world-famous photographer Bruce Weber. It was the start of a modelling career, his photos were published in the 1997 he modelled for the next two years.
Tom started out in television commercials, then received a large role in the music video for "Picture Perfect". He landed his breakthrough role in late 2000 , on the CBS television series Judging Amy. Toms big break came when asked to play Clark Kent/Superman in the series Smallville. Tom lives in Los Angeles with his wife Jamie and their dogs.

Born and raised in Vancouver B.C. She acted in several school plays but mostly focused on her schoolwork. She enjoyed acting classes, but was not serious about the trade. While in her senior year of high school the casting director of a new TV series, "Edgemont" (2000), sent a fax to her school.
To play the part of Laurel. It was her first professional audition and she landed the part. Since then, she continues to star in the Canadian series while filming "Smallville" (2001). both shows are filmed in Vancouver!
ALLISON MACK
born in Germany and moved to Long Beach, California when she was 2. She began acting at 4on commercials, when she was 7 began studying at The Young Actors Space in Los Angeles. Before joining the cast of "Smallville",Allison was a regular on "Hiller and Diller"she has also guest-starred in the family drama "7th Heaven".
Allison has starred in many movies for television, including the cable film My Horrible Year!She was also in A Private Matter, Unlikely Angel, Stolen Memories: Secrets From the Rose Garden. Allison is also an accomplished dancer and singer and currently living in Los Angeles
MICHAEL ROSENBAUM
Date of Birth July 11, 1972 Born in Long Island, New York., Michael spent most of his time in Indiana where he first tried out his acting skills in the stage play, "The Heidi Chronicles". and then did productions at Western Kentucky University. He first got widespread notice as one of the "Amsterdam Kids" on Late Night with Conan O'Brien.. Later he moved back to New York to work in TV. He then stared in feature films like Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, and a co-starring role in Urban Legend .
He won the role of Lex Luthor in the popular series, Smallville. Following the story of the teenage Clark Kent in Smallville, the series shows the dynamic beginning of the relationships between Clark Kent, Lana Lang and Lex Luthor. For the role, Rosenbaum shaved his head. More animation work followed in the series, Justice League, voicing the character The Flash, and a co-starring role in the comedy Sorority Boys (2002). Living in Los Angeles, Michael spends his off time playing ice hockey and cheering on his favorite hockey team, the New York Rangers. In addition, Michael has a passion for music, and plays both acoustic and electric guitar.
ANNETTE O`TOOLE
Annette was born in Houston, Texas, and began acting at a very young age doing guest appearances in shows like My Three Sons, The Partridge Family, and The Virginian. Her first major movie role was in the film 48 Hours playing the girlfriend of Nick Nolte's character. The Cat People and Superman III came soon after. She had recurring roles in Nash Bridges and appeared on the USA Network series The Huntress during the 2000-2001 season. She has also done many theater productions.
Annette O'Toole Superman fans will remember this is not the first time she has been involved in Superman. In 1983 she played the role of "Lana Lang" alongside Christopher Reeve in Superman III. A big Superman fan, Annette came into the part of Martha to replace Cynthia Ettinger, who played her in the Smallville pilot.
