The story of my life; always making adjustments to the ever changing environment and curve balls God seems to throw my way. I think I am getting good at it by now though. I have seen a lot in the almost three decades I have graced the earth, met some really great people and a whole lot of not so great people; but those people help you learn just as valuable lessons in life too, so we can't discount them.
I realized that in life you really only get one shot to live it and if you spend it regretting bad decisions that you can't go back and change, hoping and wishing for things in life and not being proactive and making sure you are doing all you can to make it happen, and having screwed up priorities; you really aren't living life to the fullest and sometimes you have to go back and adjust your game plan. It's never too late.
We never really understand just how much we have...just sitting here reading my ramblings on the computer is something the majority of the world doesn't have the luxury of doing. But as a society we have come to expect the luxuries in life as if we are entitled to it and we forget so quickly about those who could only wish to live one day of our life. It is this philosophy that drives me in my pursuit of success and happiness in life. Hopefully in God's time, I will make it to my goal of being a philanthropist when I grow up. Until then, I am on the grind....trying to make it happen. ..
