"The best new music of 2008: Seth Adams’ brand-new CD “Where You Come From.†You can find it on Seth’s MySpace page or at sethadam.com. This is the best “unsigned†group in America, and the hardest-working best live act in indie rock. All the songs on “Where You Come From†are potential radio hits, so catchy that once you’ve heard them it’s hard to get them out of your head. That is, if there were still pop/rock radio, they’d be all over “Promise†… I promise …"

Seth Adam creates compelling, accessible, timeless rock music with honest lyrics. With influences ranging from Counting Crows, The Beatles and Led Zeppelin, his songs demonstrate a deft pop-sensibility and a compelling vulnerability which continue to touch an ever-growing and remarkably diverse fan base.
A critical element in Seth Adam's growing popularity has been the passion and impact of the group's live performances. Seth Adam, the former frontman and songwriter for the Connecticut-based band Green Inside, has assembled a crack line-up of seasoned musicians that bring color from a wide spectrum of musical genres. These band members, fluent in the language of jazz, R&B, hard rock, alt-country, and classic pop, propel the live show and give a modern and forceful lift to Adam's vintage musical vision. This assemblage (Seth Adam - vocals, acoustic and electric guitar; Gerry Giaimo - lead guitar, acoustic guitar and vocals; Lorin Pellegrino - bass; Anthony Bianco - drums; and Fred DiLeone Hammond, Rhodes and Wurlitzer) is a melting pot of talent, a singular unit with a common stride, creating timeless pop-rock music in both the American and British traditions.
Having opened for artists such as Will Hoge, Alexa Ray Joel, Roger Clyne & The Peacemakers and Chris Barron (formerly of The Spin Doctors), and throughout the Northeast at regular showcase venues including The Bitter End and The Cutting Room in New York City NY, Johnny Ds in Boston MA, Toads Place in New Haven CT, and (formerly) Grape Street in Philadelphia PA, Seth Adam and his band have put together a show of amazing energy. The shows continue to convert the most unattached, jaded listener into believers with liberal doses of brawny electric guitar and sensitive acoustic forays, which are flooded with sweat and emotion. It is no wonder that Seth Adam's performance caused FoxNews.com's Roger Friedman to proclaim, "Adam's appearance last night in New York was a rock revelation. The Connecticut kid may be rock's next Matchbox Twenty, or more."
With his previous band, Green Inside, Seth recorded 3 EPs and one full-length recording titled Left At The Prom, which garnered adds on over 125 college and AAA radio stations nationwide in 2005, as well as having songs featured on Clear Channel stations WKCI (New Haven CT), WPLR (New Haven CT) and independent webcasting station Ultra Radio (New Haven CT & World Wide Web). In addition, Seth Adam has performed at larger festivals such as the SoNo Arts Celebration in South Norwalk CT; Clearwater Festival in Asbury Park NJ; Block Island Music Festival in Block Island RI; and was the winner of the 2004 Clear Channel-sponsored Mohegan Sun Sizzling Summer Showdown (a regional band competition). In 2007, Seth's song "Get Out" was licensed to Volkswagen for their 2007 Sights and Sounds campaign.
Currently, Seth is promoting his first full-length studio album, Where You Come From. The album was released under the Horizon Music Group label and is distributed through Select-O-Hits. Seth is currently playing solo acoustic and full band electric shows throughout the Northeast. Borders Books & Music recently decided to carry Where You Come From in their Northeast locations.
