Hadaza

Well I never really tend to say much, but um here goes something...I believe if we tried just a little to provide a simple act of kindness at least once a day, we can put a small dent in the thickness of hatred and negativity. Just a simple hello or faint smile to a stranger can dramatically change the way the both of you feel. So everyday I try to make an effort to do something kind for someone I don't know. The other day a man in a wheel chair on the side of a stop light begging for change waved his cup at me. I got out of my car and placed a few dollars in his hand. Then without really giving much thought I reached around, gave him a small hug and slightly kissed his cheek. The light had just turned green so I quickly made my way back to my car. His reaction to my action touched me deeply. I didn't realize that such a small thing like a hug and kiss could cause that sort of reaction in someone. The look on his face is what took my breath away. He didn't say thank you or even wave good-bye. He just sat there and gently held his cheek with an endearing smile that filled my heart with joy. I don't have the words to truly describe what I saw or really felt but lets just say I know that I made his day just a little brighter and mine as well. So if each day we let someone know that they are special and truly cared for, even if it's the smallest of gestures, I think we can make a definite difference on our planet... In the future the planet is at war...everything is being destroyed. A man who is the chosen one(although he is not aware of it)is hiding on the enemy's side. An enemy solider becomes aware of the mans presence but also notices their is something different about this man. He notices that a piece of white bread is touching the the chosen man and that this piece of bread is not rotten like the other slices of bread which symbolize people. The enemy solider know he must warn others of the invaders presence, but he does not do so because by being in the presence of this chosen man he understands that there is an important purpose for the presence of this man. The whole planet is a room which is dark, grey and destroyed. In the corner of my mind I am aware of the corner of the room, there is a metal plate on the ground. The enemy solider opens the plate which reveals a vortex with an immense pulling force(like the eye of a tornado. This represents societies powerful force effecting and determining our our lives. The chosen man looks into the tunnel and feels a surge of fear. The metal plate appears in his hands and as he looks in it he bears no reflection but a purple light begins to glow from his forehead into the metal and out of fear puts down the plate. He the realizes that he must look into the plate to understand the importance of his life. He again lifts the plate to his face and the purple light which is shining from his third eye into the metal reveals a reflection of the devastated earth. However, the light passes the metal barrier into the reflection and illuminates all of the destruction and converts it into life, paradise and vibrant colors. As he is observing the transformation everything around the man is pulled into the metal plate and the man then realizes he has found paradise in himself. Dream Journal 09/15/06
