About Me

Rich Wagstaff has been playing the guitar since he was 8 years old. He is now 27 and considers himself a serious artist with a passion to share the music he creates and loves with others.He performs with the band "r. dub" in Salt Lake City, UT and is touring around the Western United States. The band consists of his brother, Russ (bassist/vocals) and himself (guitarist/vocals) with Josh Haynes ( also currently with Jack Jones), who dubbed the new name "r. dub". r. dub recently recorded a demo CD to help spread their music and book shows at various locations across the western states.Rich also plays solo shows using a "phrase sampler" to record a melody with the ability to solo over the top. In addition to that, Rich teaches guitar and music theory lessons to local music lovers.r. dub plays at least a show a month at local (Utah) bars, restaurants and private events, so keep a look out and come enjoy the new breed of progressive jamming!..
