my name is ben kessen. I run XC and track at Utah State University. Usually outgoing, spontaneous and random but can be a little shy when first meeting people. Im pretty much always smiling. What I miss most about home are first and foremost my big sis Kendra, my friends and the beach. My friends are my family and support group and they are what keeps me going through the hard times. Although I run, my true love is baseball, anytime anywhere im there. I enoy going to chads beach house, its pretty awesome and is my favorite place in the world. I like going to the beach and just hanging out.
