About Me

Hmmm. I'm still trying to figure this one out. I'm basically someone who tries to be thoughtful, caring, honest and nice, but I WAS born with original sin. I'm trying to get closer to GOD, I'm surely not perfect. I LOVE my family and friends, they're everything to me. In my spare time, which I make as much of as possible, I enjoy being outdoors, traveling, ANYTHING to do with music, including... seeing live bands, playing in live bands, writing, recording, and blasting sometimes. That's enough of that! I feel like I should be having someone else write this. Maybe I will.

My Interests

Music, playing drums and guitar, SCUBA diving, the great outdoors, cooking, dinner with friends and family and going to concerts especially in small clubs.

I'd like to meet:

Good people with common interests, or even un-common. I'm open to experiencing new things.

Music:

I love music, everything from Aerosmith to Zappa to classical to jazz. It really is a huge part of my life. If I'm not listening to it, I'm playing it in my band. Just to mix it up...Jellyfish, Sade, Eric Clapton, Megadeth, The 5,6,7,8's, Wynton Marsalis, Steely Dan, The Black Crowes, New Earth Mud, Marilyn Manson, Half Star Hotel, Foo Fighters and many others.

Movies:

I'm not much of a movie person. If there's a movie that doesn't appeal to the masses, I tend to like it. Movies such as "Buffalo '66", "This Is Spinal Tap" and and anything with Billy Bob Thorton.

Books:

I love reading and don't do enough of it, but I did just finish "Scar Tissue" by Anthony Kiedis. Good book. A bit disturbing, but with a good happy ending.

Heroes:

Willie Nelson. I'm not sure if he's really hero material, but I just love the guy, time to spin some wax!
