Scrap was formed in 2006 with the intent to play simple fun punk rock, starting out with a couple rancid covers and a handful of poorly written rancid rip offs, Scrap took on the local all ages scene as the only "all ages punk band" in the scene. Since then not much has changed, some genre confusion, a few line up changes and alot of progression has brought Scrap to the point we are at today. Four best friends playing the music we know and love and constantly growing.

"When Scrap hit the stage the party really got
started. Playing an infectious pop-punk style with
celtic and ska influences, this Lacombe-based
outfit really had the joint jumping. A little cute for my
tastes, but a tight, disciplined group who know how
to deliver an entertaining set. For me the high point
of the set was an impromptu rendition of Vanilla
Ice's "Ice Ice Baby" featuring members of both
Scrap and Brother Voodoo."- Review from Subrosa Magazine
