Just That Good is a perzine run by me, Becca Confidential . I started JTG back in the summer of 2002. I was just barely out of 8th grade and getting ready to enter into my freshman year of high school. My first nine issues really weren't that good. Then my tenth issue came out. My The Last Summer of High School Issue. That one is where I really started growing up in my zine writing.
Then that summer I discovered the zine world. I honestly had no clue before then that there were other people out there in the world that did the same thing I did. Here I had just started my zine after seeing a show called Our Hero. I named my zine after
The Calling's song, Just That Good .
Well, I've come a long way. I just released the fourteenth issue of my zine, Just That Good The Absolute Pleasure Issue. This issue is all about The Rocky Horror Picture Show. Inside you will find many things to thrill you, chill you, and fulfill you! I have a little history on RHPS, some info about Richard O'Brien (writer of RHPS and played Riff Raff in the movie). The center fold has a list of things that can be found in a prop pack or that you can bring with you to a show. The covers of each copy were hand-stenciled. I'm always up for trades and such. I love doing flyer trades. I also love one-shot zines and zines about very tough subjects like eating disorders, depression, illnesses/cancer, or anything else that a lot of people don't like to hear about but is part of every day life.
