About Me

My spirit animal is a wolf. My future is not a pretty painted picture, but a carved path. My past has sleepy stories of the South, the road, dancing bears... Serious, ok well, sometimes. I'm also serious about finding new experiences and new adventures. I am willing to look under rugs and in hidden places. I am devoted to my projects and my friends. I like action, many parts moving at one time. And silent places. And staring...off into space...at the pretty bubbles...Oh, and I'm sexy.

My Interests

history, science, technology, music, literature, art, ART, POLITICS, SOCIETY, PEOPLE, Nikola Tesla, Sophie Calle, Joseph Boyce, The Rosenbergs, Fidel Castro, Simone de Beauvoir, Pattie Hearst, the Lindberg Baby, George Sand, Isadora Duncan, Marcel Duchamp, Attila the Hun, SEX, GOSSIP, BARS, FOOD

I'd like to meet:

Other wolves hunting for new experiences. Tips: stay on the move and travel alone or in small packs.

Music:

Music depends entirely on what you are doing. Loud beats at the bar to dance too. Music for driving, city or country? Country drives should be twangy and melancholy, city drives should be fast and rhythmic. Doing the dishes, I should be able to sing at the top of my lungs.

Movies:

Lately I haven't seen a lot of movies...not sure what the deal is with that. I like dreamy movies, surreal movies. Mental vacation movies. A sad movie. Good movies: The Pillow Book, Brazil, The Piano, Ben Hurr, Dancer in the Dark.Conservatory Flowers

Television:

I'm currently off the stuff. But when it's around I can watch QVC- to Six feet Under. Oh the pretty colors.

Books:

Yeah, a few.I was stuck on an island and the woman said Old Man and the Sea would teach me patience. Geek Love, Middlesex, Foxfire, The Bell Jar, The Awakening, Jane Eyre, Blindness, to name a few.

Humans don't suck, I'm just going to keep telling myself that and eventually I will believe it again, because, I'm Pollyana.
