I live on/in the Mojave desert, and have for most of my life. But not all! I am only 53 years old, but I've had adventures and gone places people twice my age haven't. Well, okay, let's be fair. There aren't many people around that are twice my age anymore. I grew up in Loma Linda/ Redlans/ San Bernardino, Ca. I've lived, at least briefly, in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the 70's, Atlanta Georgia, Murphy North Carolina, Roseburg and Eugene Oregon. And a few other places, too. I worked as a waitress in a diner on old Route 66, in the 70's, when it was still in use. I have recently moved to the Bakersfield, Ca. vacinity. If it's good enough for Merle Haggard, I guess it's good enough for me. I still haven't met Merle, or even Dwight, but hey! where there's life there's hope!
