Respect to our troops. And, to my baby sis: Watch your a$$ out there. I know it's real in the battlefield. Get home soon! We need you here!

I'm a freelance writer & editor. Words are my oils; paper is my canvas; God, life and Earth are my muses. On here to network. Down for thought-provoking conversation and all-around positive vibes. I stay busy. In addition to writing/editing and the daily 9-5 , I volunteer and am heavily involved in my community. I'm an activist. And yes, I love church . Jesus rocks! To boot, I blog , I dog-sit and I tutor college kids in Spanish. Read: a hustla with a work ethic.
Music is the inextricable component in the arrangement of my soul. It is the hemoglobin in my blood. I eat, breathe and sleep rhythm. (Incidentally, if you want to check out some great, original music, peep my friends list. I know these cats and am proud to recommend them.)
This half-breed is the personification of diversity, unable to be categorized. I have friends from all walks of life, from whom I've been blessed to learn so much. I am the culmination of my experiences with a perspective built in spite of them. Eclectic.

Responsible for my own happiness. I know what I want out of life and am working toward making it happen. I'm not perfect, yet I'm pleased with where I'm at in my journey of improvement and content with the progress I'm continually making. I am the architect of my existence. I'd like to meet others similarly inclined.

Oh, and of course, any members of my lovely Blue & White Family!

.. ..!
