I'm originally from Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, but now feel more at home in Sacramento. I've lived in and visited places all over the U.S. I haven't done much international traveling, but I visited my sister last year in India and I'm going to Uganda to visit a friend from grad school this year.I love my family and my dog; I love my cat; I like learning new things; I'm active; I love being outside; I tread lightly; I like fresh fruit; I like my earrings, they all have a story. I've always been involved in environmental work. I realize I can't save the world, but I want to do my part.
