How I began and other info

I started baking when I was younger, but I began making fondant & gumpaste decorations about 3 years ago.
I make these desserts out of my home, in my tiny 4'x8' kitchen. Barbie has a bigger kitchen than I do. I'm the staff, , creative director, salesperson and, unfortunately, the clean-up crew
As of 4/20/08, I officially changed the name of my little business to "Hey There, Cupcake!" Short and sweet. Just like me. :)
On 10/27/08, I was featured on "The Woody Show"... a local radio morning show! Here's my " 15 minutes of fame "! Check out 'The Woody Show Blog' too!

Pricing

I don't have a price list for my cakes and cupcakes because each order is an original design! Please ..
Cupcakes can cost between $2 and $10 depending on the complexity of the designs.

Ordering

If you would like to order cupcakes or a cake, I require at the LEAST... a 2-3 week notice. Sometimes I have to order special supplies for certain designs. For example... if it's Thursday, I'm sorry, but I can't accept a order for that Saturday! Not only does it not give me time to prepare decorations, I usually have a client that has ordered their cake/cupcakes way ahead of time.
The agreement on the design(s) must be finalized a week before the date of your event. More than a week, if it's a large order. If we communicate through emails and I don't hear back from you in time, I may not have a choice but to cancel your order due to time constraints. (How sad!!!)
