Well, if you haven't or wonder if you have heard the TRUE Gospel message, let me give you a quick recap . . . we were created for union with our Creator, almighty God, the Beginning and the End, but we (without exception) have sinned against Him - pretty much have sought to live life without Him, have denied Him and His love for us - And, because we are all sinners, we are separated from Him, severed from relationship with Him, and we go around filling the relational void in our hearts that was created for God alone with all the crap of this world, including our own self - And, for this we deserve to be separated from Him for eternity. But, guess what? you know what He did? He came to this earth - Jesus Christ, God the Son - to live a perfect life and die a perfect death, sinless - and, as He went to the cross and was being crucified, God the Father poured out His wrath upon Jesus and turned His face away from Him, forsook Him for a time so that He could bear all the guilt, shame, loneliness, and punishment that we deserved for walking away from God - He took our place . . . literally. And, then, God the Father raised Jesus from the dead, and He lives forever as our King, Lord, and constant Savior and Sacrifice. And, when we come to believe and put our faith in this Jesus and accept His sacrifice, God the Father forgives us for our sins because Jesus paid the price in full for our wretchedness, and when He looks on us, He sees Jesus and His righteousness instead of our disgusting, shameful, and guilt ridden crap. He fills us with His Holy Spirit, and we live free from the penalty and power of sin in this world - we live with God IN US!! Not only all of this, but this then we have access to God and get to spend our eternity with Him in heaven, which will be more than a million times better than the greatest luxury you could ever imagine here on earth. I pray you have ears to hear this . . . He loves you so freaking much, but you will only get to experience the power of His love when you surrender to Him and accept Jesus' sacrifice. He lived a perfect life, because we did not have the power to, and we are all given the opportunity to count His life as our own . . . How unfreakingbelievable is that?!
