I'm Alexis or Lex. I am in love with the most incredible man in the universe. He's my soul mate, my partner, my lover, and most of all he's my absolute best friend. He takes care of me, I take care of him. It's a give and take thing. We are married and happier than ever. We have the most beautiful daughter in the entire world. Six and a half months has gone by so fast. But I'm loving being a mom and all of the responsibilities that come with it.
I believe in living in the present moment. We obviously don't have some big time machine we can jump into to change the past. There's no reason to dwell on it. Let it go. I believe people should move past the petty things and realize that life is way to short to be caught up in drama. Forgive quickly - you never know when something could happen. I don't believe in judging people at first sight, you have no idea what their situation is. I don't like when people stick their noses where they don't belong. I hate when people keep drama going because their lives are too boring.
Everything happens for a reason and those around you currently are those who are supposed to be with you. When they move on, then it's time for you to do the same.
My parents are my best friends, I love them with all my heart. I have amazing friends, all of which I love for completely different reasons. No matter how long we're apart, we always come back together like we'd spent not a moment away. I love them and they know who they are
I love piercings and I love tattoos. I love people who are open-minded and who accept everyone as EQUAL we all need to treat each other like we're all human. Everyone has feelings, emotions, fears and doubts - be aware of your surroundings and the people around you.
I'm bisexual and I'm proud of it. My husband loves me for me and so do my friends. My parents accept me for who I am and love me no less than they did from the day I was born; probably more because of the person I am today.
I'm happier than I ever could be as a wife and a mother. I'm living day to day and cherishing every moment I have in this life. We're only given one chance to do it right - next time around might not be so giving.
