My Interests

Well I grew up in good ol' Birmingham, Alabama and then moved to Pensacola where I attended the University of West Florida. I got my degree and got my first job out of college. I worked as a fish biologist for about 2.5 years and decided to change careers so I took a deep breath and started teaching 8th grade science. I can say it is challenging but I enjoy it so far. For the summer I decided that I needed a little extra money and I was bored so I went back to work fot the fish lab. At least I can work on my tan before I head back to the classroom. Other exciting news is that I just got married in March 2007 to Chris. We live in Port Charlotte and we have a great house, 3 cats and two poodles named Teddy and Olive! When I married Chris I took in 2 step kids, Jordan and Joey, who live in Arcadia. I love to travel and have been to many great places which include Indonesia, Singapore and the Caribean. I love to do photography, especially nature.

I am a huge Dan Brown fan! He is an amazing author and would recomend his books to anyone. Just got through reading "Something Borrowed" and it is a great book ladies!I also like Nicolas Sparks.
